We want you to be happy with your purchase! If the products you selected didn’t work out we will accept returns for most items within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you received a promotional discount on your purchase, that amount will be deducted from your return.
Returns received past the allowable date or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.
Missing, incorrect or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the package. We are happy to refund the damaged product HOWEVER, the shipping for the item will not be refunded. Please note that if items are not reported within 5 days we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
We ship all items from our location in Northern California.
How long will it take to receive my package?
We ship orders Mon-Friday. All orders placed after 2PM pst will be shipped out next business day. Orders placed after 2PM Friday will ship out the following Monday. We use USPS Priority mail.
The tracking on my order says it was delivered but I never received it, can you help?
We will be happy to look into it, however, once the parcel leaves our facility you will want to contact USPS.
I gave you the wrong shipping address. Can you change it?
Yes! As long as we have not sent your package out, we can change your shipping information. Let us know as soon as possible.
